As soon as I stepped into Leonidas, I felt like I was in a quaint cafe somewhere in Europe. So many chocolates, pastries, and many foods to pick from, as well as so many hot chocolate and latte ideas. It took me awhile to decide. We finally decided on the mocha with real chocolate, the Nutella latte, a chocolate scone, and coffee cake. Not only were the pastries delectable, but so pretty too! And the coffee - wow! The Nutella latte was excellent iced. Also, customer service was phenomenal; it took three minutes tops for both of our coffees and pastries to come out, and the barista even switched out my pastry when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I can’t wait to come back!
I hardly ever get an opportunity to visit a Leonidas store, but this one is my favorite!Excellent service and delicious hot food and hot/iced beverage options, always! I also enjoy the wide selection of delicious chocolates and other goodies that can be purchased individually for sampling purposes, or by the pound. Choosing which ones to try is always the hard part.
Really cute place with seats by a large window, but a little small. The triple hot chocolate and floranger hot chocolate were very good. Friend thought mango iced tea was not as good. Definitely would come back for a little treat!
Beautiful French pastries, crepes and espressos. We would definitely recommend the traditional Belgium Chocolate crepe. I loved the cafe noisette espresso too. It's fun to watch the crepes being made! Crepes are pricey at $9 to $16. The pastries are all reasonable at $3 to $7. A box of 5 chocolates (select your own) is $9. Lovely outdoor seating area. The inside also has a few tables for 2-3 people. Order at the counter, pick up your silverware and pick your table.
The atmosphere was really nice, quiet, loved the older building style amd the outdoor seating. We did grab some chocolates and they are beyond amazing. The staff was really friendly. Gave me that small town shop in a big city vibe which I love.
The best patisserie experience in the area. The staff is friendly, the pastries and hot foods are delicious. The drinks and atmosphere are exactly what you would expect from a European patisserie. I highly recommend the drinking chocolate - velvety smooth and rich with fine chocolate. It's like drinking a bar of dark chocolate. As it should be.
This place is amazing! Came here for breakfast with the family and loved it. The crepes were super tasty, and the outdoor patio was really nice and relaxing. Everything just felt great. Thanks for a great experience

Vegetarian options, fresh pastries, fresh hot crepes made right at the counter to watch if you would like too. Hot and cold sandwiches, so many options! Don't let the name of the Cafe keep you from missing out on this gem! Its not a chocolate/candy store. Super cute place! You will love it!
Such a warm and welcoming cafe. Absolutely recommend their Parisian hot chocolate and Quiche. I got the vegetarian one and paired it with the Parisian HC (Dark chocolate). It was amazing on a cold and windy Chicago day :). The staff is adorable and soo sweet. Eva is amazing. Ask Eva for her fav chocolate recommendation. You won’t be disappointed ❤️
